Brian White

Mr Brian White joined Comerton & Hill Solicitors in 1989 as a trainee solicitor. In 1994 he became partner at Comerton & Hill Solicitors and throughout the years he has gained a vast range of experience working for commercial and private clients. His work is principally in the following areas: Commercial property acquisition and Leases, planning and development issues, licensing agreements, funding, boundary disputes, easements disputes, residential planning and property, banking and finance, corporate mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins and venture capital. Brian acts on behalf of a wide range of clients from large private corporations, institutional lenders, investors, charities, Housing Associations as well as private clients, landlords and developers. He is so highly regarded in his area of expertise that he is now widely sought out to act as an expert in litigation arising out of conveyancing matters, land disputes and solicitor negligence cases.

Mervyn White

The firm’s senior partner, Mervyn White, completed his apprenticeship at Comerton & Hill Solicitors before admission to the Roll of Solicitor in Northern Ireland in 1984. He has been partner of the practice since 1992 specialising in debt recovery, bankruptcy, insolvency, repossession and commercial litigation. Mervyn has over thirty years of experience in assisting private individuals and company directors on the various legal issues that can unfold during their bankruptcies and liquidations.

Daniel Fitzpatrick

Daniel joined the firm in in 1990 and qualified the same year. In 1994 he became partner at Comerton & Hill and is an integral part of the firm’s litigation and commercial teams. He has over two decades of experience advising in a wide range of areas including debt recovery, personal injury, commercial disputes, corporate mergers, sales and acquisitions, and medical and professional negligence. He is also responsible for building the firm’s successful employment law practice, and has acted for a number of leading Recruitment Agencies, corporations and private clients advising on all areas of employment law.
